Hezbollah fighters Saturday targeted militants on Lebanon's northeastern border with Syria, killing an ISIS commander in charge of an area near the site of Monday's eight suicide bombings.It said Abu Khatab was responsible for operations on Al-Qaa's outskirts, but did not specify if he masterminded Monday's attacks inside the Christian border town, which killed five people.Al-Manar also said in a newsflash that its fighters targeted Al-Qaeda-affiliated Nusra Front militants on the outskirts of Arsal, which lies south of Al-Qaa, in the area of Wadi al-Khail, causing casualties.ISIS and Al-Qaeda-affiliate Nusra Front have been entrenched on the outskirts of Arsal since they overran the town in August 2014 .
