Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil said his Free Patriotic Movement will propose a third hybrid electoral law for the coming 2017 elections, state media said Sunday.Hezbollah, the Amal Movement and FPM were recently lobbying for a proportional electoral law.Later, FPM joined calls for a hybrid law.PSP head MP Walid Jumblatt, however, demanded a modified version of the current winner-takes-all 1960 vote law on the basis of which the 2009 parliamentary elections were held.
