Video footage taken at a Beirut nightclub over the weekend showing half-naked dancers performing explicit, sexualized moves has sparked controversy in Lebanon, with the interior minister on Tuesday ordering the club closed.Neither Discotek management nor the Cirque Le Soir management was aware of the individual actions of the performers," Discotek management said in a statement posted to their Facebook page Monday.The nightclub management had conveyed their objections to Cirque Le Soir for these "unacceptable" acts, the statement said.
