Disgraced former Internal Security Forces official Suzan Hajj Hobeiche Thursday denied she had ordered a hacker to frame actor Ziad Itani of collaborating with Israel. She claimed that she then intended to send him images of the two men taken from Google, but unwittingly sent a photo of Itani the actor. She said Ghabash then got in contact with State Security about Murtada and Itani the actor, and was told a case was already open against Itani for cooperating with Israel.Hajj Hobeiche denied intentionally requesting that the hacker investigate Itani the actor. However, during Thursday's testimony, Ghabash alleged that State Security had in fact paid him $1,600 in exchange for information on Itani.
