Rivals near deal on Parliament extension: Siniora

This article was corrected on May 28, 2013. The original article stated that former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora had said a deal on a new electoral law was close at hand. In fact, Siniora said a new deal for extending Parliament’s term was close at hand. We regret the error.
