Sometimes the relationship and affairs between countries go against common and logical expectations with unpredictable outcomes similar to what Turkey experienced during the unwanted downing of the Russian jet.Undoubtedly, the most important mission these two states undertook was to find a peaceful solution to the Syrian crisis.Certainly, these are the first positive and promising achievements vis-a-vis the Syrian conflict.Turkey, Russia and Iran realize this fact quite well and have tried to act in alliance with their regional neighbors to meet their ends. During the Moscow summit, realizing the positive outcomes from a strong alliance of these three powerful countries in the region, Vitaly Churkin, Russia's envoy to the U.N., stated that all three countries believe Saudi Arabia should join forces to resolve the situation in Syrian war. Even though there are still sectarian conflicts between Iran and Saudi Arabia, they shouldn't hesitate to be in the same league.Turkey may indeed play a major role in resolving the conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia since it has good ties with both parties and believes in the strength of unity for Muslims.
